Episode 3: Interview with Christmas Bacos

Today, I sit down with Christmas to discuss how we can approach mental health in the workplace.

Christmas Bacos is the Senior Director of Workplace Mental Health at Hope For the Day, a non-profit movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education.

Christmas utilized her background in HR and passion for mental health to create the Proactive Workplace Program, partnering with businesses to educate staff and break down stigmas surrounding mental health and providing higher visibility and access to resources.

Christmas is a graduate of Berklee College of Music where she majored in Music Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Christmas is a wife, listener, hugger, traveler, reader, laugher, organizer, and a lover of all things mental health.  She is a Pittsburgh native and a Chicago resident.
