Tina Robinson

Tina Robinson is a coach, facilitator, teacher, and speaker who has spent 20 years playing at the intersection of humans + technology + work. After a corporate career in human resources, technology consulting, and sales operations, she launched WorkJoy in 2017 to help emerging organizations unleash the potential of their people. Currently Tina is the head of global leadership development at TechStyle Fashion Group. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two parrots.

Qiana Patterson

Qiana Patterson is an experienced tech executive, specializing in SaaS, mobility, edtech, and workforce development.  She brings over 15 years of experience in the growth, public policy, project/product management expertise in the technology industry.  She was the founding COO for Edlio an LA-based K12 edtech company, before her career in tech Qiana worked as a teacher and  Dean of Students in LAUSD.  She currently leads strategic development for HopSkipDrive a modern mobility tech company based in Los Angeles.  As Vice President, she leverages her experience in education, government, and technology to solve some of their biggest challenges. A lifelong learner, Qiana earned her BA in anthropology from the University of Washington, a multiple-subject teaching credential from the University of California Los Angeles, and an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business.

Elicia Banks-Gabriel

For over 12 years, Elicia has been a creator of joy! She started her career creating joy at agencies like Anomaly in account and digital strategy roles for clients like Capital One, Coca-Cola, Campbell’s Soup, Converse, Lexus, New York Cosmos, Sephora, Vimeo and more. 

Then, she shifted to creating joy for employees at global holding companies like Havas and Publicis. Responsible for the full employee experience, she created a partnership with micro-learning platform Grovo to support new managers, led an inter-agency mobility program sending employees to a new city in the world for a month, and shifted a globally distributed agency to an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework to quantify their efforts and drive cross-team collaboration. She’s thrown some pretty fun parties along the way too.   

Now, Elicia’s on a mission to create joy for One & All as their VP of Talent and Culture. She’s a go-giver, obsessive learner, listener and absorber of all things people and culture, based in Highland Park, Los Angeles.

Karine Shahar

Karine is seasoned executive with 18 years+ of Talent Operations experience working across diverse industries in 36 countries. She is skilled in organizational design, recruitment, change management, leadership development, compliance and employee engagement.

Karine has a proven track record of scaling companies locally and internationally, creating effective infrastructures, reorganizing at different stages of a business, and empowering leaders to see the benefit of investing time in their teams. She is experienced at working with high level executives to engineers, and creatives to operational facilities. Karine not only connects well with people at all levels quickly, but she is business savvy so is able to think about things from a big picture taking all elements into consideration.  She has a relationship first approach and is able to quickly build trust with the people she works with so that she can then help build a framework that really shows that your people are valued.

Karine obtained a degree in Philosophy & French from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and attained her HR Certification from UCLA.   She lives in West Los Angeles with her two young daughters.  She’s also a cancer survivor which gives her a passion for life and an ability to help people focus on the things that really matter.
